Welcome to MindMorn. These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy, Privacy policy and Health disclaimer.

About us

MindMorn is an online store based in Karachi, Pakistan. We sell wellness products, including food supplements for adults and for children, to customers in Pakistan.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Products for children must be bought by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult.

Health and safety information

By buying from us, you agree to use each product as directed on its label and on this website. Please note:

Our products are food supplements, not medicines.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Follow the directions on the label and do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if the seal is broken or the product is past its expiry date.
Speak to a doctor before use if you, or your child, have a medical condition or allergies, or take any medication.
Results vary from person to person.

Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials on our website describe the individual experiences of the people who wrote them. Some reviews shown were written by customers outside Pakistan who used the same products. They are not a promise of any result. Everyone is different and results vary.

Product information

We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately. Packaging and label design may change from time to time, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. If anything on our website differs from the product label, follow the label.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) Delivery inside Pakistan is free on orders of Rs 4,999 or more and Rs 150 below that, and the delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you order. We may change prices and offers at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and let you know.

Payment

Cash on Delivery: pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
Bank transfer or bank deposit: arranged with us on WhatsApp. Orders paid this way get 5% off; our team applies the discount and updates your order. We dispatch these orders once the payment is received.

Orders and confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order by WhatsApp or a phone call before dispatch. If we cannot confirm an order after reasonable attempts, we may cancel it.

We may also refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if:

the product is out of stock;
the delivery address or contact details are incomplete or cannot be verified;
the price or product information was wrong because of an error; or
we suspect the order is fake or fraudulent.

Large or unusual orders may be held until we have confirmed them with you. We may limit the quantity that can be bought in a single order. If you need a larger quantity, please message us on WhatsApp. If an order is cancelled after you have paid by bank transfer, we refund the full amount you paid.

Cash on Delivery orders

Please only place a Cash on Delivery order if you intend to receive it. If confirmed Cash on Delivery orders are refused repeatedly, we may decline Cash on Delivery on your future orders and ask for payment in advance.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is available inside Pakistan only. Delivery times and tracking are explained in our Shipping policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Use of our website

You agree not to misuse our website, including by placing fake orders, interfering with how the website works, or copying our content for commercial use without our permission. All text, images, logos and other content on this website belong to MindMorn or are used with permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, MindMorn's total liability for any claim connected with a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by using a product other than as directed on its label. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law of Pakistan that cannot be limited.

Third-party services

Our website may link to, or rely on, services run by others, such as our courier partner's tracking pages and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
